Some beautiful fabrics and quilts in the lovely Laundry Basket Quilts site. I chose this as my inspiration:

Started with ink/spray/smash bg, then stamped the script font, die cut the tag, wrote the white words, stamped and painted the images and sentiment and put it all together.
