CT = Rise up, Eyes UP . . .I will always lift MY eyes up to see hot air balloons rise up and float away in the sky.
I started by applying Royal Blue chalk with a cotton ball over my cloud template. The large balloon is part of a scene stamp so I colored it with primsacolor pencils and enhance with Stickles crystal, pink gazelle glitter and white gel pen. Fussy cut and set aside - now I needed a few more balloons in various sizes for perspective in my scene. Printed some simple clipart images, colored & fussy cut these too. I thought this month's sketch would work well eith my intended scene so found some scraps of cardstock about the same colors as my smaller balloons. Butted them together then stamped & embossed my sentiment on them. Staggered the smaller balloons on my "sky" and Popped up the largest with mounting foam.
(I really considered using this as my favorite this month)

Your beautiful coloring and layout made a magic scene, Linda. Popping up the largest balloon created a wonderful depth to the scene. Is that Dorothy and Toto I spy in the balloon?
