I made this card for Florapalooza VSN, Polly's challenge: Fabric Inspiration.
I used a piece of Yupo paper that I had made with alcohol inks. I stamped my floral image on it with VersaMark ink, then sprinkled with gold ep and heated it...not realizing that the paper would kind of curl and melt. Oh brother! So I trimmed it down, flattened it the best that I could and layered it on black and then blue card stock and onto a white card.
I love the colors and it almost looks 3D in person, so I decided that I liked it anyway. It looks better in real life!

WOWZA...gorgeous-ness!! The colors are amazing and are just like those on the sample and the gold embossed flowers are beautiful!!!!! Fab card Gracie....watch out for Yupo and heat...not a good combo ;)

Ohhh, Gracie, this is stunning! We were inspired by the same fabric. I love your alcohol ink panel and your embossed flowers. Jennifer McGuire heat embosses, very carefully, on Yupo.
