On this sample I've used a stencil, I've put the stencil on the paper and with the paper towel wet from the milk (not too wet) I've sponged over the stencil, lifted the stencil and ironed it, first keep your iron on the milk so it won't run and then you can move, and it takes a bit before it's finished because there is a lot of milk on this one.
I've layered with script paper added some pearls and ribbon.
