I made this card for the letter R Alphabet Challenge. The R in this card is for the ring I made for my posies to cluster around. I made the ring by using 2 nesting circle dies and putting them through the die cutting machine at the same time. The silver ring is popped up using narrow foam strips.
The flowers and leaves were stamped with the lightest color, then I sponged on additional color with a sponge dauber using a darker color to add some shading. Some of the flowers are glued onto the ring and others are glued onto the card base itself for some added depth and dimension. Sentiment was stamped using the MISTI stamping too.
Thank you Ann for the great challenge and thanks for looking! ~Karen.

Such a beautiful card! Those flowers are so very pretty, and I love the silver ring/frame you've use to set them off!
