My mom was flipping through an album she made of grandmaâs cards, trying to find one with a stamp set to show me, and I saw a card similar to this. I got most, if not all, the supplies of this set after grandma passed, so I decided to recreate her card.
The stamps, the markers, the window, the two background papers, the main adhesive, dimensionals, even the black ink I used to use came from her (Iâve since gotten a newer ink pad because hers was worn out). The white part of the wall was made with the window as well.
I borrowed tiny dies for the hearts and flowers from my mom, and she had a spare âhugsâ die that I got to use as well.
I really like how this card turned out. Mostly because it was based off something my grandmother did and partially because the way I did the wall itself reminds me of my bedroom, I can only wish the tree in front of my window was a cherry blossom so Iâd see nothing but pink outside when the tree blooms.
Supplies:
- Stampinâ Up Happy Home stamp set
- Stampinâ Up Hearth and Home framelit dies
- I think the hugs and flowers on the window are Stamps of Life
- And the hearts in the tree, I think, are LawnFawn

You are so lucky to have some mementos from your grandma, and to be able to use some of her stamps and things. It is so nice when several family members share the same interest and hobbies. Love the scene your grandma and now you have created. Wonderful layout and beautifully made.
