All the pleated folds reminded me of wild flowers. We have trilliums in bloom now and are always a joy to spot along our forest trails. They love filtered light.
I used a double sided paper from 'Bird Song'. It was a bit thick and didn't fold perfectly so I used an extra layer of glue in fold and used embossing powder to give it a stronger hold. A few stem die cuts, a worn ticket pointing to my ART is LOVE.
I enjoyed the process...my flower is not perfect...guess that just goes to show me to relax...none of life is! Thanks for your comments. Can't wait to see the gallery. |
