 | | For MariLynn's Have a Heart MIX challenge. No call for Valentine's here, but since I had a Yupo heart that I didn't use last week (wrong colours), I thought I'd make a non-Valentine card. No fancy fold, but plenty of mediums - acrylic paints for Lyn's Paint Swiping TLC, Sharpies for Anita's Alcohol Marker Marbling TLC, some glitter pen, Inktense pencils on the butterfly (having used up the full set I stamped a coloured a while back, I made another set one night this week).
Swiped the background, embossed it randomly round the edges and stamped the leaf spray from An Open Heart with Delicata silver. The heart was made last week, alcohol marker marbling with Sharpies on Yupo. I cut the solid flowers from a piece of Serendipity background, and added little pearls in the centre of each. Stamped the sentiment (more hearts), added SN clear glitter pen on the hearts. Popped the Yupo heart up on foam and perched the butterfly on it, after creating antennae from wire. The butterfly also has SN clear glitter all over it. |
