For my card, I started w/ a die cut piece of tan c/s, then took a wide, flat paintbrush & dry brushed a combo of white, white glimmer & gold glimmer acrylic paints vertically down the panel. When it dried, I put it into my Misti & stamped the wood bg first w/ the desert sand ink then again using Brilliance lightning black. The ivory circle has the greeting gold embossed on it & edged w/ a gold leaf pen. The dk green circle was stamped w/ the lovely wreath image (& yes..it was a little hard to see the black ink on the dk green bg!) & colored w/ Prismacolor Pencils. I cut around a few of the gold berries & lifted them on top of the greeting circle. A couple of die cut holly were added under the circles. I thought the white card front looked a little too bright so I sponged it w/ Distress antique linen before attaching everything.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups & product links are on my blog: The Write Stuff

I love the natural look of the colors and that the main focus is the sentiment stamp. That is a pretty one and looks embossed in gold.

Wow! I am not sure what happened last night but I was all set to comment and then I guess I got distracted. I think I was on my Ipad and couldn't sign in. And then I forgot so here I am again! This is stunning. It makes me think of the gorgeous plates that were used as wall decor years ago. (I still have one but it's not on the wall)
