Pulled out some stuff I hadn't touched in awhile for this card. I love rediscovering my supplies! Wink of Stella was brushed on the "happy" letters to give them sparkle. I used a Calypso Coral Stampin' Write Marker to add splatter to the Whisper White panel.

I love rediscovering supplies, too. We used the same enamel dots in the same colors. Great minds think alike! Beautiful card. Love the happy letters and the striped balloons. Terrific hand-doodled balloons strings. Wonderful use of the sketch!
