So not sure how I ended up with a Christmas Lobster, but those filaments in the glass reminded me of the coral stamp in the By The Tide SU! set and it just kind of went off on its own into this interesting Christmas card. I am still shaking my head - lol!

I like it, Nancy, and I'm thinking you could send this card to Kelly (MiamiKel4). It just reminds me of her Miami Christmases. That lobster looks so real. I had a laugh about Sallie calling it Santa Claws. Ha

Love to see how a creative mind goes off and produces wonderfulness! Love your red and white against the kraft and still smiling at Sallie's 'Santa Claws' remark. Another creative mind for sure! Great Christmas card!

Just super FUN card for anyone in coastal regions. I LOVE IT! also, I am a fan of the movie Love Actually, and there is a little girl in the Christmas play, at the end of the movie where all the little tykes are dressed up at the manger scene, many different costumes than one would imagine, but she is a Christmas Lobster and says how important her role is. that is what came to my mind immediately!! heehee enjoy your holiday season and thanks for bringing me a smile first thing today!!! Oh yes, the coral really mimics the filament in that glass ornament. I love the white against the kraft paper. The lobster is a perfect addition! Very cool card. Thanks for stopping by my gallery and leaving your sweet comments.
Happy Thanksgiving!
