 | | For Scrappewannabe's challenge Bring The Outside In
Started with finding a partially colored and heat embossed Joy image. Finished coloring it, goofed on part of it, so I fussy cut out the letter squares, so there! (Ha!) Experimented with embossing the softy white cs (which has a felt like layer on the surface), and was happy with the results, then highlighted the design using gold Opal Polish. Layered the white section onto gold cs, then onto the red metallic card front. Then obsession took hold. I started to embellish with some lovely deep red rhinestones. Then more rhinestones, then some MORE rhinestones... you get the picture (well, literally- the picture is right there, right?) Had a real tough time stopping the stoning- I had some left, and there are those gold dots...
Could not get a really good picture making the rhinestones gleam without washing out the gold embossing, so I had to settle for this one.
