This is the inside of my New Year's card for the challenge. (You can see the card front at this post.)
Since we couldn't use any Christmas colors or imagery, I went with a teal, purple, & silver color scheme. After creating the step card, I stamped the confetti from "Birthday Bash" & streamers from "The Party." I masked the front of each step & the left panel where I will write my message, to keep them clean. I also "faded" the stamping out towards the bottom to make the confetti look more sparse. Just because.
I die cut the balloons from cardstock, silver glitter paper, and a silver paper with holographic stars from The Paper Studio. I stamped the plain cardstock balloons with one of the "Bokeh Dots" stamps, to look like confetti inside the balloon. I heat embossed those with Holographic embossing powder. Finally, I glued them to my card inside.
I die cut the numbers from silver glitter cardstock, & matted them with the same teal I'd used for one of the balloons. I glued them to the steps. I adhered the card inside to my card base, and that finished everything. I plan to give this to my counselor, who really loves seeing & receiving my creations!

That is such a beautiful card and wondering if you can share where I can get the tutorial to make that. I love the colors you used in all the different elements it’s Stunning
