I began with a piece of heavy white cs and spread my diluted Distress Oxide inks across my paper using the Vicki Boutin tool. It has some neat ridges in it which helped to give lots of interest to my bkg. and looks like it is watercoloured.
I die cut the snowflake and the border then stamped on the sentiment with my Misti. Splattered some white acrylic paint for snow.
