I made this card for this challenge 2020 ~ *Open!* Crafters of Faith, faith based card group! by MiamiKel4 at Splitcoaststampers
I wanted to use colors for clay but as you can tell that isn't what happened! The different colors were more browns than grey tones that I used and then a teal color for the raindrops. I was thinking of the water used for modeling the clay on the potters wheel.
The scripture was printed on white cardstock so I toned it down using linen color of distress ink and the ribbon was also teal and white so I too toned that down with the distress ink! I remember long, long ago that Gina K did this (so long ago that it might have been when she first started doing videos!!!!) on white cardstock to make the white ribbon match her ink perfectly!
I only had clear rhinestones that look like water drops, I used a Sharpie to color these to be closer to the teal color of paper.
I'm trying to use what I have rather than purchase more.
