To be honest, I searched the Acorn site for something I could use as an inspiration to expand an idea that's been brewing in my head. I found this gingerbread house ornament (3rd ornament, top row), and I was all set. I cut the opening with a house die and decorated it with some diecut elements and stamps. Then I colored and cut out the gingerbread people and placed them strategically.

Your gingerbread shaker card is adorable, Lois. Those little characters are so cute. I love that it is snowing outside, too.

What a super fun shaker card! love the little peppermint candy's pieces in with the shaker elements. Sweet as can be little ginger bread characters.
