The inspiration site today is Cox and Cox - I could have gotten lost in there!
I just loved the look of these Black Ornaments hanging on the pine branches.
Not having a good ornament stamp readily at hand - I thought my newly purchased Pine branches and pine cones stencils from Altenew might give the same visual impression!
So I first laid the pine cone stencil down on a panel of Weathervane card stock and sponged over them with black ink. Then I lined up the pine branches stencil over the pine cones and sponged them in green.
I dabbed some white Nuvo Glimmer paste on some of the pinecone pieces (it looks like glittery green - it must be reflecting the black underneath in a fractured way?! I also added some white chrystals from Prima.
I stamped the sentiment on a white strip (both from The Greetery) and layered it over the panel with foam dots.
I'm late posting yet again, had a soccer game to attend to see Grand Nephew James and then had to back two squash pies for our church fair pie social coming up this Friday!

A beautiful card, Julia, and I love those stencils. I really like the Glimmer paste, too.

VERY cool stencil, Julia. Love the black pinecones and the way you did the sentiment. Fab card. Hugz
