This is for Polly's Tea Party Challenge for Traci who is in need of some cheer. I have had this check dp for years. I stamped the owl and coloured, using copic pens. Added sentiment and glimmer dots.
TFL!
EDIT: I have a new phone with clearly a better camera in it but I am having trouble controlling the brightness in the photography! This owl is coloured brown but looks more orange! If anyone has some advice in the editing process I would certainly appreciate it! I have tried auto adjust, played around with the saturation, colour and exposure!

This looks fabulous Sue. I love the design and cute little owl. Sorry I can't help you with the camera issues, but if you have an "auto adjust" option that might be worth a try.

SO sweet! I love that bg paper...it's in my fav color combo. No idea on the phone camera....you'll figure it out..sometimes it takes awhile when we get new tech gadgets. ;) I'm sure you're taking lots of pics of that darling new baby....

Love your paper. It looks like some I had from Sizzix, which I am trying to work hard on using up. It's a cute owl too, and we'll dial in the brown in our imagination.
Are you editing on the phone or on your PC? There are so many different camera phones that I'm not sure I can help, but the newer ones have so many settings that I'm sure when you have a little time you'll figure it out. Mine has a slider on the screen for adjusting the brightness, and usually if I use that when taking the photo, the rest is OK.

Your wise owl with a flowered cape and heart clasp is just darling Sue and is sure to bring a smile to the recipient's face. So glad you kept that wonderful dp for just the right project like this one is - fun! I wish I was more tech savvy, but I regret I am not. Hang in there! ~Karen.

Your card is so cute! I have found with my recent iPhone, a lot depends on the light in the room. We have had days of gloom, and I cannot get a good photo! But then today we had sun, and it was easy to get a good photo! So a lot depends on the natural light.
Regardless, your card is precious!
