I got a stamp set from my friend. I thought I wanted it. Well I felt very limited by the border around these stamps, not to mention the words already there. So, I decided to think outside the box (pun intended) lol and color the scene that I liked and then extend it to make a longer scene. I had to fill in anything that didn't take but all in all I like the outcome. I should have changed the white to a different color for the card though.

I have this set and feel the same as you. I love what you've done with it. Thanks for the idea. I'll have to go play with mine now and see what I can come up with. TFS!

Cool card! Just came across this and wanted to say Awesome job! on your seascape. I like this stamps set but agree with you that the frames and words do limit it. I ended up with extra sets of this SAB set and modified one of them by cutting off the words and frames. I will definitely use this card as inspiration to make my own seascape. Thanks!

Don’t know if you are still around, but this card is amazing! I’m not sure how you managed to pick out elements and line them up so seamlessly but I LOVE it! I have this set and still like to use it, thanks for the inspiration to “think around corners” and use and combine designs differently.
