I cut out a circle with circle dies. Then I cut the smaller circle. I placed the negative circle on the paper and lined the small circle inside the larger circle. Now I had a circle to stamp flowers into.
I stamped from largest to smallest stamps. I added pearls to flower centers. I added the ribbon with glue dots. I turned the ribbon twice and used a glue dot to keep it curled.
