The crafting God's must be smiling on me because not only is this the second card I was able to find the time to make this month, but I actually succeeded in making a CAS card. So I did not get too light headed with my good fortune, I did have my usual major fail when I tried to link to the card I used as inspiration for the "come back cards" theme for the CT0719. The original card was the same fairy theme with a sponged bg, however, when I made it I was wishing that I had some Lavania stamps. I got these for my birthday and this is the first time I have used them. For the water theme for the CAS544 challenge, i splattered my sponged bg with water and used the ink pads with a paint brush like watercolors to paint part of the image. Also, those big balls are supposed to be water droplets. Although I missed last week's tea party, I am sending this to our dear Cheryl with healing prayers.

How beautiful. Francie, your background is gorgeous. And I'm so happy that you not only got some stamps you wished for for your birthday but you also had extra card-making time this week.

I clicked on this and said "OOH!!!". The colors are brilliant and the water drops and fairy are just delightful - I love the way you've added extra color to her wings. This will bring a smile to Cheryl, I'm sure!
