The crafting God's must be smiling on me because not only is this the second card I was able to find the time to make this month, but I actually succeeded in making a CAS card. So I did not get too light headed with my good fortune, I did have my usual major fail when I tried to link to the card I used as inspiration for the "come back cards" theme for the CT0719. The original card was the same fairy theme with a sponged bg, however, when I made it I was wishing that I had some Lavania stamps. I got these for my birthday and this is the first time I have used them. For the water theme for the CAS544 challenge, i splattered my sponged bg with water and used the ink pads with a paint brush like watercolors to paint part of the image. Also, those big balls are supposed to be water droplets. Although I missed last week's tea party, I am sending this to our dear Cheryl with healing prayers.

Wowsers! Is this ever gorgeous! I love the multicolored frame you used around the recessed image panel. This is beautifully done and draws the recipient into this absolutely stunningly magical scene you have created for your gorgeous fairy. Your sponging is not only beautiful, but so expertly done too. The water droplets give this even more of a magical feel. I think for me it is the glorious colors you used and the card design that are so fabulous, and I know Cheryl will swoon when she received this gorgeous card in the mail from you. Thank you for coming out to play with the Fan Club! ~Karen.
