A super-quick CAS card from me for Karen's fun TLC today - check it out here: TLC753 Masked Stencilling.
I just got this lace stencil this morning, and in my mind it would have looked better. I used a deckle rectangle mask, but because of the openwork in the lace you can't really see the deckle edge. I'd hoped it would add to the vintage look. I used hickory smoke dox, with a smidgin of some purple as well.
The fuchsias (thanks, Angie) were on my desk from last Thursday, so they helped make this a quick card - I popped a couple of the blossoms up on foam tape (stuck to the base at the tops), and added some Liquid Pearls and Stickles. A garlanded birthday sentiment seemed to go well with them - so this is a birthday card for my August list.
Thanks, Karen.

So very bright and fresh, Sabrina. Those flowers look like they are dancing in the breeze...something about tgge stenciled bg gives them the feeling of movement.

Beautiful card with the fuscias and your Lacey background! Love the flowers but unfortunately we can’t grow them here but had many hanging pots in northern CA! The color of your flowers is one of my favorite colors! Well done, Sabrina!

Fuschias are my favorite summer plant, though only in a pot here, and purple and pink to be specific. So, you have created some eye candy for me. Lovely stamp image that is colored so prettily and with the stenciled bg which is a perfectly lovely choice.

Sabrina, I think this is just gorgeous! The lace stencil is beautiful and so are these lovely coral blooms. I do understand what you mean when you are trying to bring something together and it does not cooperate with us, but no one will ever know. The happy birthday banner really adds to the celebratory feel of this gorgeous card! ~Karen.
