I am thrilled to be a guest designer for the Color Challenge this month especially with the bonus theme of Christmas in July. This week, Karen gave us lovely soft colors with pearls for dessert. For my card, I heat embossed the dove in a sparkly embossing powder using Soft Seafoam & VersaMark inks. Then, I lightly watercolored the edge of the dove's wings and body with Rococo Rose and the foliage with Soft Seafoam. I used a touch of Rococo Rose marker on the berries. The card base and pearls are Very Vanilla. I added a punched heart from a shimmery scrap with a similar pink and green. I love the sparkly & shimmer with the dainty pearls and scalloped edge. A special friend will receive this one! Thanks for looking. Enjoy using the colors!

The light watercoloring of the sparkly dove and heart is so soft and pretty, Diane and yhe scallop seafoam layer is such a lovely way to frame it up. Love it!
