Well, I had such a fun party last night (and so much clean up left) and now the 4th of July parade this morning, that I had to go with some recycling today. Perhaps I could have done better at "Focusing on the Stripes" but I was rushed. This is one of the cards that my aunt gave me to recycle. It was from an anniversary card that my Gram had given to my aunt and uncle. I cut the cute bears and framed them using a part of the card (see those stripes in that part?). I also cut out part of the inside sentiment and framed that and popped it up. I found this card base that matched perfectly and has some loose chevron stripes. And finished it with a cute swirly paper clip. This is perfect for my stash next time I need an engagement card.

I love how well the honey color of the bears match those honey golden stripes in the bg.
