This card combines two challenges:
TLC748 - Floral Tag Card. I used banners and stars instead of flowers to make it for July 4th.
CC745 - Real Red, Whisper White, Blueberry Bushel which I substituted with Blueprint Sketch Distress ink.

It looks as if the TLC worked very well with the colour challenge! I think your rows of banners look super and I like the way the tag layout let you have them slightly offset against each other.
