This card is for my S2S challenge...to put a frame on summer.
Rather than frame the butterflies, I decided that they would be the frame....again inspiration from a CP video I had watched.
I decided to use my summer colours and create a rainbow effect on my water coloured paper. Lots of plonking and spraying went on to get this...lol.
Quirky flowers and images stamped onto the coloured paper.
Butterflies cut....I deliberately cut them out so they wouldn't be perfect shapes. I was going to frame them but they were so pretty that I decided to just pop them onto the dark CS. Wink of Stella and dots added.
As I'd got some strips of the coloured paper left, I decided to emboss the sentiment in black.
TFL..happy day

Love your "plonking and spraying" to achieve these beautifully colored butterflies. Love the pattern stamping when finished. Brilliantly set off against the black background!
