Today's challenge is to "Put a Rose on it" . . .I love when a card comes together so quickly and easily.
I pulled out a few scraps of cardstock from my drawer and die cut the rose. (my 1st time to use this new die and it's so much more elegant than I anticipated- happy face here). Inked up the PSX sentiment (purchased in 1999) with Ruby ink and embossed with Rose Gold powder. Scattered on a few gold star sequins and voila - lovely CAS card with very little effort!

Since the yellow Rose does signify "friendship" it is no wonder that it is a Texas (tejas) symbol since tejas means friends. Gorgeous card, Linda. Every Texan will adore this.

This is so lovely Linda. I enjoyed reading how you have fun cutting out this rose die so much (gotta love that)! This PSX sentiment is a real treasure and looks amazing heat-embossed on this lovely card. I can almost smell the rose scent now. ~Karen.
