Unfortunately, I needed two pet sympathy cards today. Last week Thursday night, my daughter in law Leah's family cat died from an abdominal tumor. Apollo was about 10; he has a sister named Sasha who is still part of the family. I hope that will help, although Sasha is not as cuddly as Apollo was.
Then on Sunday morning, the neighbors across the street had to put their Cocker Spaniel Augie down. Rather suddenly, he was only 7, had a multitude of health issues going on.
I used today's sketch and kept everything pretty neutral because I wanted the circle part to stand out. I used a technique I'd never done, which is stamping an image on masking paper, putting that on the cs and then putting the stencil over it. Usually this is done with a die but I just fussy cut out the stamped image, blended my inks with the stencils and then stamped the image on the open space.
These are my first Colorbox Dyestress inks. They blended very well, probably better than the Distress.

I am so sorry that you needed these two cards, but they are both lovely. I like the subtle color palette you used.
