It's time to tickle a teapotter and Wanda has challenged us to create a parade. I reached straight for my little marching animals from Craftin' Desert Divas. I stamped each of them and cut them with my ScanNCut. But because this is a teapotter parade, I didn't want to just put them on a normal background. So I did a wrinkle free distress background in blue and purple. Then I found alligator DP that reminded me of cobblestone and put that down for the street. I decided I needed some grass in the foreground, so I grabbed another piece of DP and drew in the grass and had my ScanNCut cut it for me. I added a few clouds and a fun sentiment after I popped up all the animals on foam squares. Thanks for a fun challenge, Wanda!

Any parade around here would have people dressed in winter clothes and wearing rain ponchos over them. Not parade weather here. So cute, love your musical animals.

Oh my, Jen - you sure do have a great set of parading animals there! Not just musicians but the fun unicycle and the little chick who is certainly marching to the beat of his own drum. The alligator paper makes a fantastic road for them.

I agree with the aligator dp..it DOES loook a lot like cobblestone....how cool. some day I want to go to england or somewhere like that and walk on cobblestone roads, that would be so neat. I mean these guys are having a blast on it...:0). I was worried a parade might be hard for a challenge, but I am glad to see all the paradsters. Even a balloon. You did a great job with the background and the whole scene. That scan and cut machine sounds fun...hmmm....thanks for joining the parade, it will be awesome...:0)

I love the polka dot grass. And I had fun at artazdonistudio (Lori) recently as she put the SnC through its paces...wow. Your parade is adorable against the twilight sky. And true, those birds are on their way to the parade as well...
