I think lightening struck faster than ever today. I usually have to look for a while, waiting for something to hit me over the head. First thing I looked at was rugs, because I love them, and the third rug I saw was this one: https://www.athome.com/a280-sydney-w...8.html#start=1
I had just received this die two days ago; I ordered it because there is a favorite Etsy artist who does paper cuttings that kind of look like the die set. I reached into my scrap drawer (the one with handmade and specialty papers) and just pulled out a bunch. Easy as pie. I didn't worry about choosing the rug colors; I wanted texture and neutral. I should have done the second layer in a darker color. Next time!! The sentiment comes from a new to me CS set.

Well, I would say you have a great imagination. This is so much like your rug and I really like the colors. Oh, I like rugs, too, along with wall art and pillows. Super creation!!!

I love the flow of your pieces replicating the "feeling" of the rug. This is a beauty!
