I made the Drunken Water Color Powders technique but it didn't work as I expected, so kept this panel to make my background for the die cut and water colored lavender, I water colored with stabilo markers and added white with gel pen, I punched the butterflies water colored them with stabilo markers and die cut the banner stamped the birthday sentiment and added a bit ribbon

Another stunner for this challenge, Anita! The colors are just gorgeous. Love what you are doing with that Drunken Water Color technique - I've never tried that.

You created a stunning scene. I had to go check out the Drunken Watercolor technique. It's pretty and so is your background!!! We used similar colors today!!

Beautiful! I like the way this turned out with the more solid color in the middle and the looser, speckled colors on the edge. And you know I love lavender! Lovely card.
