I have been wanting to try this black ice technique for a while and finally watched some you tubes to learn how to do it. I thought this was a perfect fit for the Under the Weather CAS522 challenge. Although I am considering myself fortunate to be having such a great winter. We had such a bad drought last year that a good snow pack was really needed to help reduce the water deficit and I love to ski so have been enjoying the fabulous ski conditions. Anyway, I used the silver foil paper and created the scene using the SU watercolor stamp set, which is so versatile. A few lessons I learned - use a juicy black ink pad to make sure enough color transfers. Let the ink dry rather than using a heat gun as the paper is subject to breaking down in too much heat. Save the heat gun for the embossing powder. This was my second go at the black ice scene. I added the Asian style sentiment as the image has that feel to it. TFL
