I really loved the fun florals and ombre colors. I was so thankful that Donna (Donna3d) had recently used this floral set and so I thought it had similar flowers to Ankita's. I was rather excited that they were close enough in my book. I kept a lot the same, but changed up specific stamps. I used DSP instead of an embossed layer.
My co-worker just told me today she had had her birthday last week. We normally do a luncheon, so I knew I had a little time to make this. I just felt like this reminded me of her - a little shabby chic. She actually had on one of these colors today.
I am so ready for spring flowers!!! So, this is also for the Free For All Challenge. My walking buddy lives in Atlanta now (we talk on the phone these days) and she has daffodils and hyacinths up already. So jealous!

Oh Michelle, this is so perfect. I love the ombre effect you made with the flowers and how you mixed it with the woodgrain and twine. I'm adding to my favorites!!

Beautiful ombre-shaded blooms hosting you birthday sentiment! Love the wood-toned background panels and the jute twine bow wrap that work perfectly with your soft and vivid pinks!
