'retro ring' ~ CC64c & SC74

Well... this is what happens when you create a card "AROUND" some ribbon! I got this ribbon from Victoria (VMetz) and thought it was purrrrfect for part c of yesterday's Color Challenge. Naturally, I had to design something using this ribbon! Today's sketch challenge just made it a bit easier!

Thanks to Kimberly and Rox for the challenges, and Victoria for the kewel 'retro' ribbon!
