I knew it was time to finally use my Otter stamps.
I used one of my Oxidized Shaving cream backgrounds for the start of the card. Although I do love these little otters, I did want the BG to star a little also. So I only added the sentiment and some small hearts to the card.

Otters are such wonderful and comic water-loving mammals....and your card illustrates that SO well, Pat. Love how you did the watery expanse around them.
