Such a pretty sketch!
Clear embossed the flower stamps on the white cs. ponged with the oxides. Border punched some strips from scraps and cut to fit bottom. Punched the heart, popped it up with the tag hanging. Added a heart rhinestone from Queen & Co.

Gorgeous! Love how you did the triangles at the bottom with the scallop edges. Beautiful embossed flowers. I like the open heart. The tag is a nice touch. Wonderfully done with the sketch! TFS
