Cut the DSP and cardstock strips into 3/8 x 4 inch pieces, glued them to a whisper white panel that was 3/3/4 inches wide, cut off excess strip ends. Cut out the large heart from the Powder Pink rectangle, placed the dsp strip panel behind it then mounted that to a slightly larger rectangle of Rich Razzleberry.
