Happy Monday. This is for the TLC challenge, MONOCHROMATIC STAMPING and the CAS Challenge to use a stencil.
I sponged soft sky over the stencil. Stamped on the Image and sentiment with memento black. Stamped the image again and cut out the bird, coloured it and popped it up. Used a 1 inch square of black and scored some lines in it to give it texture - used it as a planter. Matted the panel and sewed around edges.

You had the perfect stencil to compliment the Asian image and sentiment. I like the way you created the pot with the extra texture.

Love the stencil and colors you chose! I have that set, need to get it out and use it!
Very creative way to make a planter, the stitching is a nice finishing touch! Gorgeous card!
