Kim's mini VSN challenge, Little Women, calls for vintage, and Julie's IC challenge, Christmas Central was the right place for my inspiration. I knew I wanted to used this sweet little girl on the card, love fur on her hat. This lovely lantern gave me the colors and a snowflake design that let me use the pretty snowflake die.
I die cute the silver glitter paper, leaving a square for the image panel. Stamped the image in China Blue, masking her face, then overstamped with black. Doesn't she look like Shirley Temple? Sponged ink around the image. The shaving cream bg is from an earlier challenge, I sponged DO ink over it for an aqua tone. Die cut the sentiment from the bg and from a dark aqua for a shadow and assembled the card. TFL

Oh my goodness...what's not to love? Blue and silver go so well together, and I love your little vintage girl. Perfect card; thanks for plying along with my challenge!

Your glitter paper with the blues looks awesome and I do love that little girl image. What great die cuts.
