 | | This is for Carey's terrific Sketch Challenge. I found this image in my stash and it nicely fit the layout. So, I took a break from the autumn theme & colors and went with a touch of springtime. The image was previously two-stepped stamped and sprayed with Perfect Pearls mist. I matted it with Blushing Bride. I used my new EF and embossed a piece of Smokey Slate, and then I swiped a white craft ink pad across the raised areas. It was also matted on Blushing Bride. I tied around the lovely polka-dot tulle ribbon before finishing.
Also, this card is for the Teapotter's Challenge - Card Care Connections �e" card donations that will benefit cancer patients. Helping those who are dealing with cancer is a cause that is near and dear to my heart, as I have lost three parents and friends to cancer. Cards are to be blank inside for the donation and to include embossing is a bonus for the challenge.
