 | | This is for Carla's Ways to Use It Challenge: Beautiful Music. Be inspired by classical music or your own favorite. I love jazz and lively swing & big band music.
I found this pre-stamped panel in my stash. To create the jazz ensemble, I first stamped & heat-embossed the saxophone in gold. Then I masked the sax and stamped the drums with a rainbow pad. Lastly, I masked the right side of the drums and stamped the guitar with Crumb Cake ink. I'd love to hear this group play a jazzed up version of Happy Birthday!
Today, I layered the panel on Brushed Gold and then on a Cucumber Crush card base. On the base, I stamped a long HB on which I doodled the dot over the letter I into a music note. On each side, I stamped a music note and used a black eyelet in the center. Fun challenge. Thanks Carla. Thank you for looking! |
