Poster: card crazy

This was fun to make but what an awful time I had. I didn't have any black brads so I painted some with black acrylic. It didn't dry enough so it was all over the first snowman I made. I had to add a cloud to cover up a scoring mistake.

Ha - I didn't have enough black brads left either. I used a Sharpie to colour some white ones and I waited a few minutes and thankfully that seemed to be enough. If you have black EP, often even just heating the brad head with a heat gun and dipping it in the powder, the heat of the metal is enough for it to stick to without needing ink - that's another way I sometimes add colour. The little cloud makes a great cover-up, I really like your snowflake-embossed background and the cute little red bow on his hat. As for a scoring mistake - I make those all the time with all the step fold variations, sigh. The little cloud makes a great cover-up!

it isn't visible that you made a mistake on your pretty snowman card, I love all the sparkling on this card and the pretty embossing, try to color your brads with a black fine writer it works for me!!

The snowman is awesome in all his glitter! The card base is pretty nice too with all the snowflakes embossed! I'm going to have to look at the other technique for telescopes.
