Oh, you got a great looking background! It's lovely with the simple sentiment, but I can so see it as the background for some sort of cave-drawing type image, or a kokopelli. Those neutral earth-tones remind me of the ochre quarries we've visited in France.

Nicely done on the technique - and a great blend of color while still maintaining some delineation . . . I'm guessing now that maybe I didn't get enough water on my first pressing (after all the warnings about too much) since nothing seemed to bleed together. I agree with Sabrina - I can visualize my old SU ancient artifacts images on this for sure!!

I love yours!! I didn't have the right markers, just used what i have stabilo markers the only ones who work with water, yours is just as is ought to be!! great job!!

I was glad for a reason to use my Spectrum Aqua markers! They're my worst purchase. I'm just not that great with them and so much prefer the alcohol markers. Love the colors you used to get that rich golden marble tone. Such a lovely card!
