Oh Mr. Bell, what have you created???? Zombies is what you've created. I'm one, although I'm not on my phone all the time. I misplaced it one night and felt very isolated, since I don't have a land line. I feel badly when I see two people, especially a parent and child, not having a conversation while sitting inches from each other. My first phone number was 1733, party line with my best friend two doors away, 1734. But our phone was running between the houses. We might have had an operator in the early days, can't remember for sure. And thanks for the learning moment about phones; learn something every day!

Cute card and what a fun paper pieced phone. Fun reading about you and your friend. We've come a long way.

What memories you've sparked this morning! So very nice to see your art in the gallery today, Jean. Love the real phone listing at the bottom of your card.
This takes me right back to being in the 8th grade and laying on my bed talking to my bestest best friend. She's retired now and livin' the life in Costa Rico...I think I need to just go there....
