I chose to CASE this card of Selma's for its fun layout, idea and its lovely royal blue color;
May All Your Dreams Come True by Selma at Splitcoaststampers
Die-cut in silver CS, multi-layered, then adhered over royal blue mirrored cardstock. The background was dry embossed with SueÂ’s Fine Finials Embossing Folder. Creative Expressions adhesive sheets and cosmic shimmer glitter jewels "iced snow" used on Angels for sparkle & texture. These Angels are incredibly lovely!
I kept layout and colors.
Added silver CS, layers & changed theme.
