This is my 2nd sample for CC692. Karen is our hostess and she has chosen very vanilla, mint macaron and blushing bride for her color trio. Dessert Option this week is vintage.
Vintage is so out of my comfort zone but Karen put forth the challenge, so I had to give it another try. This time I used some of the elements from the StampinÂ’-Up March 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit. The envelope in this kit has such a vintage look to it so I cut it apart and used it for my background paper and image.
I added some lace ribbon, and as extra trim blushing bride enamel dots. For the bow, I used crinkled seam binding and tiny ribbon roses from my stash for the center.
Hope you can play along with us this week. Karen has chosen such soft and pretty colors. And, if vintage isnÂ’t your style let your own creativity loose.

This card is Vintage Perfection! How clever to use the envelope from the kit as the focal panel on your card. I love the lace and the little flowers, too.
