FS590 You Rule!

Our Featured Stamper today is Zylvia. I chose this card from her lovely gallery. I enjoyed browsing Sylvia's gallery. Her cards are so beautiful inside and out. So, I was inspired to really make the inside of my card pop too. I used the stripe stamp from Perfect Plaid to make some notebook stripes on the card and then used my ruler washi tape and my "You Rule" ScanNCut pattern to make this fun card. Thanks for the inspiration, Sylvia!
