This is a sympathy card for my DIL's mother, whose brother recently passed away. I had been planning another theme for my card for the following challenges, but it was easy enough to convert it to a sympathy card. My white glitter layer was made with iridescent embossing powder.
#1. WT686 - 5/3/18 - Patterned paper...use patterned paper on your card from your stash. This paper is Stampin' Up's "Best Year Ever" that I've had in my stash since January 2015!
#2. DD9ABC10J - 4/25/18 - Color: Jade. My card is entirely focusing on different shades of the color jade. Jade can range in many color shades from almost teal to a pale aqua. My colors are from mid-range to very light. (I am not enter the double challenge).
#3. USEIT2018 - an ongoing annual challenge to use new or old materials or tools in your stash that are gathering dust. Both of the stamps used on my card are oldies, the punch is almost ten years, the ribbons are over five years old, and the patterned paper is three years old. Nothing used in making this card is a new or recently purchased item!

What a stunning sympathy card this is Carlene. I forget to use this stamp and now that I have seen what you have done with it I am going to get it out and play with it. I love the punched edge detail, the gorgeous dsp you used and your glorious ribbon treatment. Eleanor will be so pleased with this gorgeous card you made for her! ~Karen.
