Hello friends,
First time I've had an opportunity to make a card for a challenge this week!
I always think of guy cards when I think corrugated stock and often it will involve fishing! I haven't used any corrugated stock for a while so this was fun!
I tried coloring my fish with Copics but the paper is kraft and it wasn't bringing up the color very well so I switched to pencils. I pierced a hole in fishy's mouth and strung my wire through for a more realistic caught on the line fish! I sponged my gauze with Distress as well as the two card layers. I dry brushed paint on the corrugated stock and then used copper Mousse with my fingers.
Thanks for looking!

Super guy card, Robin! I love the way the colours you added to the corrugated card reflect the iridescence of fish. The sign is great, the gauze is great - well, I guess the whole thing is great.

Yikes, every male in my life would love this beauty. Love the fishing rules, the gauze is spectacular, your salmon is colored perfectly, the corrugated card stock is perfection. I love everything about this creation.
